Chania Speech Therapy & Special Therapies Center

Our Center is staffed by professionals with expertise, dedication, and a strong sense of care, bringing many years of experience in Special Education.

Guided by our love for children and respect for their developmental challenges, we provide individualized programs tailored to the needs of each child and family.

Through individual or group sessions, counseling, and regular progress assessments, we offer a holistic approach to addressing difficulties, providing personalized guidance using modern and effective methods.

Our goal is to support children and their families in an environment of love, joy, scientific excellence, and trust.

We provide:

• Valid and reliable assessment of each individual’s abilities

• Prevention and management of difficulties

• Effective therapeutic intervention

• Promotion of socialization

• Collaboration with educational institutions and families

• Collaboration with the child’s broader multidisciplinary team (pediatrician, ENT specialist, phoniatrician, nutritionist, coach, music teacher, etc.)

Therapeutic intervention is addressed to children with:

• Specific learning, cognitive, and emotional difficulties

• Pervasive developmental disorders and behavioral disorders

• Speech, hearing, and voice difficulties, among others

In addition, services are offered to parents through joint training and counseling.

Finally, services are also provided to adults for voice disorders or speech and language rehabilitation following a stroke.

Collaboration with All Insurance Funds

Through reimbursement by insurance funds, clients are able to attend therapy sessions with no personal financial burden, either fully or for a large portion of their sessions.

At the first appointment, you will be informed about the process for obtaining approval to begin therapy through your insurance fund.
